You’ll start fast. Top first-year reps hit $100K+ in base and commissions. You’ll get daily reps on the phones, real-time feedback from your manager, and weekly sessions with closers who’ve done it before you. This job rewards energy, not tenure.
What You'll Do (Every Day):
Call warm leads (no cold prospecting)
Quote insurance policies in real time
Close deals on the first call
Hit monthly targets tied directly to commission bonuses

You want to get better every week (and aren’t afraid to be coached)

Requirements:
Property & Casualty license (preferred, not required)
Bilingual in Spanish? You’ll close more deals. (not required)
Sales experience helps, but we’ve trained many from zero
Pay + Benefits:
Top reps earn $100K–$150K
Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses
Base salary for licensed reps
