    What You’ll Do (Every Day)

    · Call warm leads (absolutely no cold prospecting) · Quote policies in real time · Close deals on the first call · Chase down your monthly targets and earn uncapped bonus money · Take daily coaching and turn it into production today, not “eventually”

    Requirements

    · Property & Casualty license (preferred, not required) · Spanish-speaking? You’ll close more, faster (not required) · Sales experience helps, but drive > experience every time
