Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. • Utilize free, pre-qualified leads to connect with potential customers—no cold calling required. • Educate clients on the benefits of final expense life insurance and related products. • Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage. • Complete and submit insurance applications accurately and efficiently. • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements. • Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the team’s overall success. Qualifications: • State Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one before starting). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM systems or sales tools. • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required—comprehensive training is provided. • A passion for helping families secure financial peace of mind.
