Your Role and Impact
As a sales representative with ALFA Insurance - Doug Blevins Agency & Associates, you'll be a pivotal team player, embodying our pride and commitment to excellence. Your role will involve:
Building New Relationships: Assist in issuing new insurance policies across multiple insurance lines, engaging with the community to expand our reach.
Expert Service Provision: Utilize your strong communication skills to address customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide seamless service across various platforms.
Operational Excellence: Support our agency with your adeptness in learning new systems, processing applications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our agency.
We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent, with a readiness to attain an Insurance Producer license within 30 days of hire.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a quick learner with a knack for new programs and procedures.
A team player embodying a positive, professional attitude, eager to contribute to our culture of excellence.
