    Insurance Sales Agent-P & C License Preferred Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a sales position with limited service responsibilities. This requires a personality that is comfortable with self-prospecting while also using existing marketing tactics. This candidate will be comfortable in a goal-oriented position while being responsible for their own motivation. They will be capable of working within a team environment as well as an individual. They will take full accountability for their production meeting the required goals. Our agency offers a competitive pay package that includes the following: • Base salary plus commission (excellent potential) • Eligible for annual bonuses • Health, Dental, Vision for associate with employee contribution • Retirement plan including company matching • Paid time off • Paid Licensing (if applicable) and training • Office is closed daily for lunch Responsibilities: • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Self-prospecting • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery Qualifications: • Proven sales experience, particularly in retail sales or outside sales environments • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions • Goal oriented • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are highly desirable • Proficient in sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and documentation • Proficient in basic mathematics Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
