    The Sales Lead is hands-on responsible for executing daily sales operations, mentoring team members, managing leads, and driving consistent production. This role combines strong individual performance with team, coaching, and performance accountability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets with Base Salary + Commission

    Leadership & Coaching

    Mus hold an active P&C and Life Insurance License

    Lead by example: Make calls, quote policies, and close sales daily.

    Provide on-the-spot coaching and real-time support to team members during the sales process.

    Motivate the team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

    Support onboarding and development of new team members.

    Report daily team sales activity and performance results to agency leadership.

    Sales & Performance Expectations

    Make outbound calls daily to generate new business.

    Convert internet leads into closed business.

    Personally sell policies and assist team in hitting production targets:

    Balance personal production w/ Leadership duties effectively.

    Organize and prioritize activities to ensure task completion and sales goal alignment

    New Business Development

    Initiate cold calls and follow up on appointments, referrals, networking, and marketing leads.

    Develop strong networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, Title Companies, and local businesses.

    Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

    Lead & Prospect Management:

    •Maintain daily lead management practices.

    •Track all interactions using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

    Client Interaction & Retention:

    •Establish and maintain customer relationships, including regular follow-up.

    •Ensure client satisfaction for all new business sales.

    •Document all customer conversation history in the CRM system.

    •Immediately report customer issues and escalate emergency situations, as necessary.

    Sales Goals & Accountability:

    Professional Standards & Compliance

    Maintain an active Georgia insurance license and required certifications.

    Complete all required training (online and offline).

    Use only company-approved systems, tools, and platforms.

    Protect customer data and maintain full compliance with confidentiality and regulatory guidelines.

    Maintain professional, courteous communication with internal teams, underwriting, and external partners.

    This is a remote position.
