What We’re Looking For:
We're seeking an ambitious person interesting is protecting family legacies by offering a full suite of Allstate products, including Auto, Home and additional personal lines, while building long-term client relationships. Success in this role comes from strong follow-up, consistent activity, pipeline creation, and execution—not from waiting for the phone to ring. Our sales approach is consultative and protection focused. We sell on proper coverage and long-term value—not price shopping or shortcuts. Insurance products are teachable. Work ethic, discipline, and resilience are not. Leads are provided!
Top producers have earned $180,000+ annually.
What You’ll Get:
On Target Base Salary: $87,500–$107,500 per year
Earning Potential: Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses

Responsibilities:
Quote, sell, and bind all Allstate products
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-up
Ask for referrals—even when a sale is not made
Bundle additional products by setting expectations early in the conversation
Educate clients on coverage options and protection gaps
Use professional sales techniques including tone control, mirroring, tie-downs, and storytelling
Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
Meet or exceed daily and monthly activity and performance expectations
