We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Producer to join our team. This full-time position focuses on helping individuals and families protect what matters most by offering tailored Property & Casualty insurance solutions. Responsibilities: • Solicit new business through phone calls, networking, and other lead sources.

• Develop insurance quotes, present policies, and close sales.

• Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other referral sources.

• Stay current on new products and industry trends.

• Grow your sales revenue through phone, email, and client prospecting.

• Follow up on leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing efforts, and cold calling.

• Present and explain insurance options based on prospective clients' needs and goals.

• Provide clients with information about new products and services

Requirements: • Willingness to learn and be coachable.

• Strong self-starter with a sense of urgency.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.

• Property & Casualty license is preferred (license assistance available).

• Life Insurance license is not required but must be willing to obtain (license assistance available).

• Must be able to pass a background check.
