Full training provided, positive office culture, and professional development. This position offers base salary + commission pay structure.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with policy questions, services, and recommendations.
Build customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Engage with our community to develop leads and schedule appointments.
Identify customer's insurance needs, and market appropriate products and services that fit their lifestyle and situation.
Requirements:
Motivated, people-oriented, and willingness to learn
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Detail oriented and capable of basic computer skills
Proactive in problem-solving
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance license upon offer
