Position Overview: We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Producer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is motivated to build a high-income career. Compensation:

Base salary + commission + bonus

Uncapped earning potential with top performers earning $100,000+

What You’ll Do:

Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up

Build relationships with prospective and existing customers

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Close sales and meet or exceed production goals

Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity

Stay up to date on products, services, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For:

Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Competitive, motivated, and self-disciplined

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Previous sales or insurance experience preferred but not required

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
