    Requirements:

    Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Georgia, or ability to obtain non-resident Georgia license

    Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience with proven track record

    Comfortable using CRM systems, insurance quoting platforms, and remote work tools

    Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and close sales

    Responsibilities:

    Meet daily and monthly sales targets by engaging leads, generating quotes, and closing policies

    Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions

    Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and generate referrals

    Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond

    Conduct regular follow-ups to identify cross-selling and win-back opportunities
