About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Douglas Thompson in San Antonio, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and help customers protect what matters most to them.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business by contacting potential customers and selling various insurance plans

Utilize networking and referrals to reach prospective clients

Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers' needs

Deliver policy and coverage explanations to clients

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients

Requirements:

Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar role

Active insurance license in the state of Texas

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Must reside in Texas
