    As an Insurance Sales Professional, you’ll help individuals and families protect what matters most—while developing long-term client relationships, growing your skills, and unlocking strong earning potential.

    What You’ll Do

    Drive new business through lead generation, referrals, and community relationships

    Build and nurture relationships with existing customers through proactive service and cross-selling

    Educate clients on insurance solutions that fit their lives, families, and assets

    Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers prepare for life’s unexpected moments

    Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-first experience every day

    Play a key role in the growth and success of a local Allstate agency

    What We’re Looking For

    A strong interest in sales, customer service, or relationship-building

    Previous sales experience is a plus—but not required

    No insurance background needed—we provide training and ongoing support

    Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (we help you get there)

    Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently

    Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and follow through
