Position Overview: Browning Insurance – Allstate is seeking an experienced and licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our growing agency in Matthews, NC. This position is ideal for a driven insurance professional with a proven track record of sales success and a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and providing expert guidance on insurance products and coverage options. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and committed to achieving sales goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship-building activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Educate clients on insurance products, policy features, and coverage options.
Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to expand coverage and increase client retention.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales and renewal process.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and agency performance objectives.
Maintain current knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with agency team members to support client satisfaction and agency growth.
Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Previous insurance sales experience required.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and generating new business.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
