About the Role The Canello Agency in Canonsburg is hiring a sales producer to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, structured training, and clear expectations. You are not responsible for sourcing your own business, but it is always encouraged!

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound calls and assigned leads daily

Quote and close personal lines policies (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)

Cross-sell and bundle to maximize account value

Follow up aggressively on all opportunities

Hit daily activity and monthly production targets

Deliver a professional, structured sales experience

Daily Structure

Morning team training / coaching

High-volume dialing + inbound handling

Quoting and closing

Pipeline follow-up

Comp & Incentives

$35,000 base salary

Uncapped commission (top performers $100K+)

$1,000 Qualifying sign-on bonus:

$500: Licensed upon start date + 15 items in month 1

$500: 20 items in month 2
