    This is a sales-focused role where you will actively prospect, generate new business, build client relationships, and sell tailored insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.

    In this role, you will help clients protect what matters most by offering customized insurance products while building your own pipeline and driving revenue through performance.

    What You'll Do

    Sales & Business Development

    • Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify clients' financial protection goals
    • Present and recommend appropriate insurance products
    • Actively sell insurance solutions and grow your client base

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
    • Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems

    Performance Expectations

    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
    • Ability to build trust and explain complex products in simple terms
    • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
    • Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license (if required)
    • Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
    • Active insurance license
    • Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
