As an Insurance Sales Representative with the Abbie Davis Tanner Agency, you will play a key role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. You’ll work with clients to identify their needs, educate them on coverage options, and provide personalized insurance solutions backed by access to over 100 carriers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
Generate quotes and close sales opportunities
Follow up with prospects and current clients to maintain retention and growth
Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience
Maintain accurate records and follow agency processes
Continuously develop industry and product knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred
Insurance experience or licensing is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable having sales conversations and overcoming objections
Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
