This role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and delivering exceptional service for personal and commercial insurance clients.

Responsibilities

Develop new personal and/or commercial insurance opportunities with new and existing clients

Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and account support

Prospect for new business, account rounding, and win-back opportunities

Quote, bind, and process insurance policies while securing required documentation

Present policies and educate clients on coverage and pricing

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)

Minimum 1 year of insurance sales and/or customer service experience

Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
