What You'll Do

Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.

Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs.

Recommend appropriate auto, home, life, and other insurance solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Ability to build trust and develop relationships with customers.

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.

Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus—but not required.

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses.

Compensation
