ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a competitive Producer who can turn leads into long-term client relationships. Using your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends, you’ll connect with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver real value. You may also help support agency growth through strategy and sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Compensation - $55,000 - $80,000 base salary + commissions + bonuses
