Compensation:

Base Salary: $45,000 per year

Additional Pay: Uncapped commissions + bonuses

Licensing: Paid training and licensing costs covered

About the Role:

We’re hiring a motivated and outgoing Insurance Sales professional who’s ready to help clients protect what matters most. Whether you're licensed or new to the industry, we'll provide the training, tools, and support to help you succeed. You’ll even be paid while studying for your license.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

Educate customers on insurance options and help them choose the right coverage

Provide quotes and close sales

Follow up with leads (both provided and self-generated)

Meet or exceed individual and agency sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Motivated self-starter with a desire to grow

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Must obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days (we pay for licensing + training, and you’re paid during this time)

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred (but not required)
