    Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per year

    Position Overview: Chatman & Associates is seeking a licensed and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a fully remote role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, identifying their protection needs, and recommending insurance solutions that provide real value.

    The right candidate will be comfortable handling sales conversations, following up with leads, and building lasting customer relationships.

    Responsibilities: • Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage • Quote and sell insurance policies while providing clear explanations of coverage options • Follow up on leads, referrals, and opportunities to generate new business • Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities • Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency sales processes • Build strong relationships that lead to long-term customer retention

    Qualifications: • Active insurance license required (Property & Casualty) • Previous insurance sales experience required • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment • Organized with the ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities • Driven to meet and exceed sales goals
