ABOUT THE INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION:

We are looking for a qualified life insurance sales representative to meet the needs of our growing clientele base. You will identify what they need and work diligently to put their family in the best situation possible. The goal is to formulate strong relationships, ensure growth, and preserve and augment our firm's prestige in the current marketplace.

INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

- Implementing effective sales strategies to sell insurance.

- Building rapport with customers through in-person meetings.

- Obtaining accurate details from customers about their current coverage to fully assist them.

- Awareness of the company's services, policies, and practices.

INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS ARE:

- Experience within this field or financial services in general (recommended, not required).

- Basic understanding of insurance plans, programs, and policies.

- Technologically savvy (phones, tablets, etc).

- Self-motivated and determined.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to build rapport with individuals.

- Ability to educate and persuade individuals.

- High school diploma or BA/BSc degree in Marketing or a related field (recommended, not required).
