What You’ll Do

In this role, you will focus on business development, relationship-building, and closing new opportunities:

Develop referral pipelines through Centers of Influence (realtors, lenders, and local partners)

Proactively generate new business through networking and community engagement

Leverage opportunities within an existing book of business

Quote, advise, and close personal lines policies (home, auto, umbrella)

Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

Track and achieve individual sales goals in a performance-driven environment

Qualifications

Active P&C License preferred OR willingness to obtain (licensing support provided)

Prior sales experience is a plus (insurance, real estate, mortgage, or similar fields)
