Responsibilities: • Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances • Remain updated on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements and monitor insurance claims from start to finish • Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders • Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles • Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty Qualifications: • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful • Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required • Candidates must have an insurance license Compensation: $51,000 - $63,000 yearly
