What You Can Expect • First year income potential between $80,000 and $110,000 • Weekly bonuses based on performance • Team and company trips to locations like Mexico, the Bahamas, and Key West • One-on-one mentorship and leadership support • Direct access to managers and top producers • A strong, supportive culture where you are encouraged to grow Responsibilities: • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs What You Will Be Doing • Helping individuals and families find the right life insurance coverage • Following up with leads and building relationships • Learning our system and plugging into team calls and coaching • Managing simple daily tasks and keeping track of your progress • Staying focused on personal and professional growth What We Are Looking For • A positive attitude and willingness to learn • Strong communication and people skills • Basic tech comfort with email, phone, and simple software • Willing to get a life insurance license (we help with the process) • High school diploma required. College is a plus, but not required Qualifications: • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory • Reliable mode of transportation Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
