    Position Overview: Korhorn Financial Group is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to help individuals and families find the right coverage for their needs. This is a relationship-driven role focused on guiding clients through important decisions and building long-term trust.

    Responsibilities:

    Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs

    Provide quotes and coverage recommendations for personal lines products

    Build strong, long-term client relationships

    Follow up on leads and active opportunities

    Maintain accurate records and documentation

    Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth client experience

    Qualifications:

    Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain

    Sales or client-facing experience preferred

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated

    Comfortable using agency management systems and basic computer tools
