Responsibilities: • Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles • Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients • Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction Qualifications: • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building • Ability to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and documentation efficiently • Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to enhance client engagement and sales processes Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
