Responsibilities: • Update bookkeeping systems, customer records, and sales databases to report your monthly and/or quarterly progress to goals to stakeholders • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction Qualifications: • Job seekers must have an insurance license • Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required • Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations • Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role • Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is preferred but not required Compensation: $120,000 at plan
