About the Role:
This is a sales role for someone who wants to compete, grow, and win.
Insurance experience is not required. Some sales experience is preferred. If you have a track record of hitting goals, generating new business, building relationships, or closing deals — we want to talk to you.
We provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to help you learn the insurance industry, develop your sales skills, and succeed in the role. If you bring the drive and work ethic, we will teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do:
Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up
Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently ask for the sale
Build lasting relationships with clients
Cross-sell and uncover opportunities within existing accounts
Track activity, manage pipelines, and stay organized
Commit to continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge
