    Compensation: $150 flat fee for training week | $20/hour + commission structure (Post-licensing)

    We provide the resources, structured study time, and financial backing to help you secure your Texas General Lines Life, Health, Accident, and HMO insurance license, transitioning you directly into a stable W2 sales role with uncapped earning potential.

    The Pathway to Your New Career

    Week 1 (Paid Training & Study): You will spend 5 business days (Monday–Friday) studying on-site using premium company resources. You will receive a flat fee of $150 for the week.

    Saturday (Exam Day): Senior Trust Life will fully cover the cost of your licensing exam at a qualified testing center.

    Post-Exam (Licensing): Once you pass, the company covers all subsequent fingerprinting and state registration fees.

    The Reward (Career Transition): Upon final license approval, you will be offered a W2 position at $20/hour plus our competitive commission structure, alongside clear opportunities for advancement within our growing sales team.

    What We Are Looking For

    Driven Candidates: Individuals who are serious about building a career in sales and ready to immediately dedicate themselves to passing the state exam.

    Commitment: Because we invest significantly in your training and licensing upfront, employees who pass the exam agree to work with Senior Trust Life for 90 days post-carrier contracting. (Note: Candidates who leave prior to 90 days will be required to refund training and licensing expenses).

    Local Availability: Ability to study on-site for the initial 5-day training window

    Compensation & Benefits

    Training Pay: $150 flat fee.

    Full-Time Pay: $20/hour base + strong commission structure.

    Upfront Costs Covered: Exam fees, fingerprinting, and registration are 100% paid for by the company.
