Responsibilities: • Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs • Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders • Work with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit their individual profiles • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction • Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base What You’ll Do: • Work exclusive, high-intent leads—no cold calling, no begging for business. • Meet with clients virtually or over the phone to assess their insurance needs. • Help families secure financial protection while earning lucrative commissions. • Leverage a proven system that has helped agents hit six- and seven-figure incomes. • Operate like a business owner—set your own schedule and control your growth. Qualifications: • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations • Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful • Insurance license required • Driven, self-motivated individuals who want to make $125,000+ per year. • Goal-oriented professionals who want to grow within a thriving IMO. • People who can follow a system and execute a simple, proven sales process. • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs.
