We are seeking a driven, community-minded individual to join our team as an independent Insurance Agent. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about making a tangible local impact. You’ll sell insurance products and spearhead initiatives that address community needs, positioning our agency as a trusted ally. Responsibilities: • Utilize social media and local media to promote community efforts and client success stories • Oversee daily operations including marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement • Educate clients on coverage options, ensuring policies align with their needs • Participate in, sponsor, or volunteer for community events that align with our values Qualifications: • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and drive • 5+ years in sales, customer service, or business development; insurance experience a plus • Passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact • A background or familiarity with farming or agriculture is a plus • Strong ability to communicate and problem-solve • Insurance and sales experience a plus Compensation: $66,000+ at plan
