You’ll sell insurance products and spearhead initiatives that address community needs, positioning our agency as a trusted ally. Responsibilities: • Leverage social media and local media to highlight community initiatives and client stories • Stay informed about industry developments and ensure compliance with regulations • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement • Educate clients on coverage options, ensuring policies align with their needs • Build and manage a diverse client base by providing personalized insurance solutions Qualifications: • Some knowledge of farming or agricultural background • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development; insurance experience is an advantage • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and drive • Strong ability to communicate and problem-solve • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) Compensation: $66,000+ at plan
