Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - High Earning Potential | Hybrid Opportunity
HIRING IMMEDIATELY experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agents to join our team! This is a Full-Time, On-Site opportunity featuring All Inbound Leads – NO COLD CALLING and a High Compensation Structure! We#39;re looking for money-motivated, results-driven professionals! Potential Hybrid Opportunity may be available once you#39;ve demonstrated the ability to close deals and establish a strong working relationship with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and assess their coverage needs
- Educate clients on available plan options and recommend appropriate coverage
- Manage the application and enrollment process from initial contact through completion
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and carrier requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed established Sales Goals
Qualifications __
- Active Life amp; Health insurance license (Preferred but not required; willing to Sponsor the right candidates)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-focused manner
- Proficiency in English required; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance
Compensation amp; Schedule __
- Hourly + Commission (Hourly rate is Performance Based on that increases with production: $22 (lowest guaranteed) - $25 (max hourly)
- Paid Weekly
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Inbound leads provided - NO COLD CALLING
- New Modern Office in East Boca Raton
