    Are you a detail-oriented insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? Do you enjoy processing policies efficiently, supporting a team, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks? We’re looking for an Insurance Sales & Service Representative to help power the success of our fast-growing agency. With over $10 million in written premium and 2,000+ active clients, we need someone who can process a high volume of policies, keep the back office running smoothly, support sales staff with policy onboarding, and serve clients with warmth and accuracy. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Philadelphia, PA (Monday–Friday). You’ll be working on-site with a dedicated team that values collaboration, consistency, and high-quality service. You will be meeting with clients from our real estate offices regularly and making sure we deliver high-class wow experiences to them and their clients. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience) • Bonus Plan AssociatedPaid Time Off: Vacation time + all major national holidays • Health Insurance: Company contributes toward monthly premiums • Tech AllowanceProfessional Development: Training & licensing reimbursement and paid continuing education, and certification opportunities Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Policy Processing & Administrative Support: • Process and service a high volume of personal lines policies. • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements. • Coordinate with carriers, producers, and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing. • Stay up to date on industry trends, coverage options, and regulatory changes to provide informed, compliant, and competitive solutions. Client Relationship Support: • Serve as the in-house face of the company to clients and referral sources, helping to generate new business while continuing to maintain our old. • Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for clients during onboarding, renewals, and coverage changes. • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and Zoom as needed. • Assist with billing questions, policy documentation, and general service requests. Sales Support & Policy Onboarding: • Support the sales team in generating new business through efficient follow-up on warm leads, referrals, and incoming inquiries. • Assist with quoting and onboarding personal and commercial lines policies, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and small businesses. • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly to carriers. • Track policy progress and keep internal systems up to date from initial contact through binding. • Provide excellent customer service that helps build long-term relationships and encourages client retention and referrals. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and policy fulfillment. • Support the team with special projects, reporting, and compliance-related documentation. Follow-Through & Accuracy: • Be a strong finisher who follows up until every policy or task is fully completed. • Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system. Qualifications: Who You Are2-3 years of experience in insurance, title, or a related sales and administrative field. • HAS P &C license or is willing to obtain it within 120 days (licensed preferred). • Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage high volumes of work with accuracy. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A "finisher" who takes ownership and follows through. • Friendly, helpful, and motivated by quality service. • Experience with EZlynx. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 Base Salary commensurate with experience
