Insurance Sales & Service Representative

We’re looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales & Service Representative to power the success of our fast-growing agency. With over $10 million in written premium and 2,000+ active clients, we need someone who can confidently engage with clients and referral partners, follow up on leads, and ensure every policy and service request is handled with precision. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Philadelphia, PA (Monday–Friday). You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values consistency, professionalism, and high-quality service. You’ll also meet regularly with clients from our real estate offices, delivering memorable “wow” experiences that strengthen our reputation for excellence. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience) • Bonus Plan Associated • Paid Time Off: Vacation time + all major national holidays • Health Insurance: The Company contributes toward monthly premiums • Tech Allowance • Professional Development: Training & licensing reimbursement, paid continuing education, and certification opportunities Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Sales & Client Relationship Building: • Proactively follow up on warm leads, referrals, and incoming inquiries. • Confidently connect with clients by phone, email, and in person, delivering friendly and professional service. • Build long-term client relationships that encourage retention and referrals. • Meet regularly with clients from partner offices, serving as the in-house face of the agency. Policy Processing & Administrative Support: • Process and service a high volume of personal and commercial lines policies. • Manage policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements with accuracy and efficiency. • Coordinate with carriers, producers, and underwriters to ensure timely completion. • Maintain compliance and stay current on coverage options, regulatory changes, and industry trends. Onboarding & Service: • Assist with quoting and onboarding policies for auto, home, renters, umbrella, and small business. • Guide clients through onboarding, renewals, and coverage changes with confidence and clarity. • Resolve billing questions, documentation needs, and service requests promptly. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with sales staff to ensure seamless client onboarding and policy fulfillment. • Support the team with reporting, special projects, and compliance documentation. Follow-Through & Accuracy: • Be a “finisher” who owns tasks through to completion. • Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system (EZLynx). Qualifications: Who You Are • Active Property & Casualty license required. • 2–3 years of experience in insurance, title, or a related sales and administrative role. • Strong phone presence with the ability to engage clients day or night when needed. • Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high volumes of work. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Friendly, personable, and motivated by both sales success and service excellence. • Experience with EZLynx preferred.
