What You’ll Do
As an Insurance Sales & Solutions Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for helping clients find the right coverage across all product lines. You’ll connect with potential customers, uncover their needs, and offer tailored solutions that protect what matters most. You'll also grow our agency by actively prospecting, networking, and strengthening community ties.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads and prospect new clients through personal and professional networks, social media, and community engagement
Use consultative selling strategies to match clients with the right insurance products
Cross-sell and upsell to provide comprehensive protection
Build lasting relationships with clients by being responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy
Participate in local events and initiatives to increase brand awareness and community presence
Prepare quotes, present proposals, and close sales with confidence
What We’re Looking For
Licensed in Colorado for Property, Casualty, and/or Life Insurance (or willing to obtain)
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Passionate about helping others and involved in your local community
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using technology and social media to connect with clients
Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and mobile devices
