The John Nicolucci Agency is expanding and looking for a driven, high-performing Insurance Sales Specialist who thrives in a competitive environment and knows how to turn opportunities into results. What You’ll Do

Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

Present and recommend personalized insurance solutions with confidence.

Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing a strong sales pipeline.

Build long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and service.
