Insurance Sales Specialist

Are you looking for a meaningful career with a locally owned business backed by a nationally recognized and trusted brand? We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in guiding families through insurance decisions, identifying opportunities to improve protection, and playing a key role in the continued growth of our agency. While customer service is important, this position is primarily a sales-driven role focused on building relationships and expanding our client base.
What You’ll Do
Impress clients with exceptional service—both in-person and by phone
Listen attentively to clients’ needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication
Proactively contact existing clients to review policies and uncover opportunities for additional coverage
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
What We’re Looking For
Insurance experience a plus, but not required.
Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required upon hire
Customer service and/or sales experience helpful, but not required
Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently
Strong follow-through, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems
