As an Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll join a growing team dedicated to providing clients with peace of mind through personalized insurance solutions. You’ll receive full hands-on training, mentorship, and support as you obtain your California Property & Casualty license (we cover the licensing course and fees once you start).
This position is on-site, ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Develop and present personalized insurance quotes
Engage with prospective and current clients to understand their coverage needs
Build relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, and Auto Dealers for referral opportunities
Prospect for new business through leads, networking, and referrals
Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up with clients consistently
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products when appropriate
Process policy changes and maintain client relationships
Stay informed on new insurance products and opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
Friendly, motivated, and eager to learn — no experience needed!
Interested in building a long-term, stable career in insurance sales
Strong communication and people skills
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Self-starter with a sense of urgency and professionalism
Open to recent graduates, career changers, or anyone with a high school or college degree
Must be willing to obtain a CA Property & Casualty License (typically takes 5–6 weeks; we reimburse licensing costs once hired)
Life & Health License recommended but not required
