What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales and Service Representative, you'll help individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs while building long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend personalized insurance solutions.

Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage options, and discounts.

Generate new business through referrals, follow-up, networking, and agency marketing efforts.

Quote, bind, and issue insurance policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Cross-sell additional products to help clients better protect what matters most.

Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Maintain accurate customer records using agency technology and CRM systems.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on products and industry changes.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong desire to succeed.

Sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Insurance experience and an active Property & Casualty license are a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems.
