    Job Description

    SUMMARY:

    We are seeking a Benefits Technology Specialist for a large retail insurance brokerage. You will be responsible for implementing open enrollment systems for clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Interact with clients to assess technology needs; work with internal team (Account Manager and Producer) to discuss and advise on best system fit for the client, then work with the account manager and the client to gather information for online enrollment system implementation in order to build the requested system.
    • Work with appropriate parties to ensure system implementation is on track and conduct any necessary troubleshooting.
    • Maintain current workflows/procedures for system implementations. Utilize our agency management system for activities/tasks which allow for required documentation and timelines to be managed.
    • Maintain knowledge of online enrollment system resources and agency management system by attending webinars, meetings, and conferences.
    • Build credible relationships with our team members, vendor partners, and technology broker partner; using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain commitment to the implementation of the services.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel knowledge is required
    • Minimum of three years of employee benefits experience
    • Client facing experience
    • Knowledge of various HRIS/Ben Admin systems (ADP, Plan Source, Paylocity, Paycom, Ultimate).
    • Knowledge of Ease's platform is preferred
    • Knowledge of EDI/API feeds set up and maintenance is required
