COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are seeking a senior commercial lines account manager for a leading insurance brokerage in Gilbert, Arizona.

COMPENSATION

• $70,000-80,000 base salary
• Excellent benefits package including employer-paid group health
• Vacation, matching 401k

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and retain accounts with an emphasis on customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle new and renewal business, negotiate with the carrier for pricing and coverage, and work to increase business on existing accounts by adding other coverage.
• Advise clients to ensure we are using the best market to meet clients’ expectations.
• Direct preparation of folders/binders for specifications, proposals or policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of insurance brokerage experience
• Must be highly organized and an exceptional communicator
• Work with clients as a “trusted advisor” 
• Tech-savvy: experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 is a plus  
• Property and Casualty License
