    Job Description

    SUMMARY:

    Successful Orange County insurance brokerage and employee benefits firm is hiring an Account Manager to handle a book of small group accounts. This is a well-established firm where you can continue advancing your career in a positive and professional environment. You will be working with two producers who are actively involved in the accounts. As the primary contact, you will be maintaining relationships and helping questions throughout the year and the renewal marketing.

    LOCATION: The job is in Costa Mesa, California

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Primary contact on roughly 40 small group accounts; annual revenue is approximately $500k
    • Answer coverage questions, claims resolution, enrollment inquiries, adds/terms, create payroll deduction spreadsheets, manage and build ease central web sites, new and renewal marketing, create compliance documents, maintain TAM database.
    • Work with 2-producers, experienced and actively involved

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Life and Health License required
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel is important
    • 3+ years of Employee Benefits experience preferred
