E‑Z Automotive Insurance Agency and Unifour Financial Services are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Insurance Specialist to support both organizations. This is a single, dual‑support position designed for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with customers, and learning the insurance and financial services industry from the ground up.

Position Overview

The Insurance Specialist will assist with managing new and existing insurance accounts across both companies. You’ll be responsible for tracking policies, updating records, communicating with customers and carriers, and supporting general agency needs. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career with long‑term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, review, and update new and existing insurance policies

• Input and maintain accurate policy information in our management system

• Communicate with customers regarding policy updates, required documents, and account questions

• Contact insurance companies to obtain information, resolve issues, and follow up on pending items

• Support both E‑Z Automotive Insurance Agency and Unifour Financial Services with administrative and account‑related tasks

• Assist with managing current and new accounts across both organizations

• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with agency procedures

• Provide general office and team support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous insurance or administrative experience is helpful but not required. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls

• Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, simple formulas, sorting/filtering)

• Willingness to learn our insurance management system

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
