Insurance Store, Inc is looking for a dedicated in house bookkeeper who will handle our day to day accounting and financial operation. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are a must. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and have above average work ethic.
General Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Reconciling all company statements
Reconcile all bank statements
Reconcile producer commission statements
Close all months and produce monthly reports
Direct bill statements reconciling and closing
Review questions entering operating account receipts and disbursement
Recording of receipts and disbursements
Process payroll and benefits
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years prior experience as a Staff Accountant or Bookkeeper
Excel
AMS360 would be a plus - in-house training will be provided
