Job Title: Insurance Telemarketer / Appointment Setter

Job Description: We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our insurance sales team as Telemarketers. In this role, you will contact potential clients, introduce insurance products, and schedule appointments for licensed agents.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients

Follow approved call scripts and compliance guidelines

Explain basic insurance offerings clearly and professionally

Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to agents

Accurately record call outcomes and customer information

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Strong communication and listening skills

Comfortable speaking on the phone

Basic computer skills

Ability to handle rejection professionally

Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
