ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Insurance and Financial Services Account Manager for the Lino Amaral Agency in Pinole, you will join a team in playing a crucial role in driving our daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the growth of our agency by building strong customer relationships and serving as a key link between client needs and our agency’s departments. By proactively promoting relevant products and services, you help enhance the financial well-being of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.

Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.

Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.

Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Property & Casualty and Life/Accident &Health license is required PRIOR to employment.

FINRA Series 65 license and/or ChFC® jumps you to the top of the list!

2+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services is HIGHLY desirable!

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills a must!
