    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
    • Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options
    • Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate solutions
    • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
    • Manage policy renewals, updates, and client retention efforts
    • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems
    • Stay informed on products, market trends, and industry changes
    • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics

    Qualifications:

    • Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred but not required
    • Active insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
    • Comfortable working independently and managing a pipeline
    • Proficiency with technology and CRM platforms is a plus
